Simone Obermaier

Simone Obermaier has a strong background in small business lending and development. Simone most recently worked as the Vice President at Pursuit, where they originated Small Business Administration 504 loans for small businesses in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Prior to that, they served as the Senior VP Lending at Community Capital New York, Inc., where they were responsible for loan sourcing, underwriting, and origination. Simone successfully exceeded loan production targets and managed a lending team covering the entire Hudson Valley. Simone also provided business development services, managed loan programs, and represented the organization at networking events. Before that, they worked as the Small Business Loan Manager at the same organization. Simone also has experience as an Empire Zone Assistant at the Dutchess County Economic Development Co.

Simone Obermaier completed their education at SUNY New Paltz, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from 2005 to 2007. Before that, they attended Dutchess Community College from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate's degree in International Business.
