Timothy Asprec

Timothy Asprec is a Program Delivery Manager at Pursuit. Prior to this, they were a Data Science Program Lead at Galvanize Inc. from January 2020 to August 2021.

As a Program Delivery Manager, Timothy is responsible for delivering and executing on program implementations that generate growth and success in metrics pertaining to cohort enrollment, career placement rating, net promoter scores, quality assurance/program culture. Timothy also partners, communicates, and provides interagency coordination across closely with Enrollment, Evangelist, Career Service, Recruiting, Talent Management, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to determine desired outcomes, establish scalable processes, and implement methods to measure program success.

In their previous role as Data Science Program Lead at Galvanize Inc., Timothy worked with Evangelist and Career Service Managers to create partnerships that promoted the Galvanize brand through various events/campaigns ensuring maximum student attendance and partner satisfaction, specifically within career development education related to tech-industry. Timothy also managed the overview for the local admissions process, ensuring operations effectiveness, contracting, and tuition payment leveraging Salesforce and Excel Analytics to aggregate and analyze financial and enrollment success. In addition, Timothy established effective standardization of student programing through efficient tracking systems coupled with educational pedagogical insights for data tracking and student/team management. Timothy was also the hiring manager for instructional hire (both locally and nationally), as well as content and program developer for educational leadership, professional development, and cultivation.
