Jared Smith has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jared began their career as a Legislative Intern at the Office of the Governor, State of South Carolina in 2011. Following this, they worked as a Campaign Intern for Romney for President before joining the South Carolina Senate as a Page. In 2014, Jared held multiple roles at different organizations, including being a Political Tracker at America Rising PAC, a Grassroots Organization member for Nancy Mace for US Senate, and the Communications Director and Grassroots Coordinator for Ravenel for Senate. Jared also partnered with Lazer Communications, LLC as a Partner from 2014 to 2019. In 2015, Jared worked as a Press Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2013, they became a Research Fellow at the Frontiers of Freedom Institute. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Client Services at Push Digital, where they have been since 2017.
Jared Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at the University of South Carolina from 2010 to 2013. Jared'smajor was Political Science/International Relations, and they pursued a minor in Mass Communications/Journalism. Following this, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Analysis from The Citadel, where they attended from 2013 to 2015.
