Kelly D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they served as the Head of Customer Enablement at Push Security since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Duo Security starting in January 2020. Kelly'sroles at Duo Security included Manager, Global Knowledge & Communities from December 2021 to October 2022, and Technical Communications Specialist from January 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Duo Security, Kelly worked at Michigan Medicine as an IT Project Manager / UX Analyst from May 2013 to January 2020. Kelly introduced a user-centered design practice and led a successful content strategy project. Kelly also has experience as a Website Designer at the University of Michigan - School of Information and as a University Library Associate at the University of Michigan. Early in their career, they worked as an Editor & News Producer at AnnArbor.com, a Reference Assistant at Neill Public Library, a Graduate Instructor at the University of Idaho, and a Copy Editor & Designer at The News Tribune.

Kelly D. pursued their higher education with a focus on information and journalism. Kelly began their journey in 2001 by attending the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree between 2001 and 2004. Afterward, they decided to enhance their skills and knowledge by enrolling at the University of Michigan - School of Information from 2011 to 2013. Here, they completed their Master of Science in Information degree with a concentration in Library and Information Science.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Kelly also obtained a certification as a Cisco Design Thinking Practitioner from Cisco in May 2020.
