Waqar Tajuddin started their work experience in 1993 at State Street as an AVP. Waqar worked there until 2002 when they joined Putnam Investments as an SVP, Risk Systems.
Waqar Tajuddin obtained an MBA in Finance from Boston University between 1987 and 1991. Prior to that, they completed an MSEE in Information Systems at Dartmouth College from 1985 to 1987. Earlier, they pursued a BSEE in Electrical Engineering at the University of Houston from 1983 to 1985. In terms of professional certifications, they earned an FRM (Financial Risk Manager) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals in 2006 and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) from the CFA Institute in 1997.
