Peter Gerard possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering roles, currently serving as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer at Putnam Plastics since January 2022. Prior positions include LEAN Manufacturing Specialist at Finlays, where Peter developed and trained employees on LEAN initiatives, and Small Business Owner at A-Good Handyman while preparing for ASQ CQE certification. Experience also includes Data Quality Analyst at Eaton and Senior Manufacturing Technician at Intel Corporation, where Peter led process improvements utilizing statistical controls and Kaizen events. Earlier roles at Intel involved maintaining production tools and training in semiconductor manufacturing operations at Cherry Semiconductor. Peter’s military background includes serving as an Attack Helicopter Pilot and Helicopter Crew Chief in the Rhode Island National Guard.
