Jo Sverre Lindem

Jo Sverre Lindem has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and customer engagement industry. Jo Sverre most recently served as the Chief Customer Officer at Puzzel, a leading European customer engagement provider. Prior to that, they held the position of COO at Puzzel. Additionally, Lindem worked as a Partner at Holistic AS and Habberstad AS before joining Puzzel. Jo Sverre also has experience as a Technology & Application Manager at Atento and as an IT Director at Visma Provider and Visma Services. In 1997, Lindem co-founded and managed Unison AS, a programming, consulting, and hosting services company that was later sold to Visma ASA. Jo Sverre started their career in 1993 as an IT Director at Telemedia Nederland BV, where they also served as an interim IT Director during the organization's build-up. Lindem was involved in various projects during their tenure, including establishing Yellow Pages systems for Telia in Latvia and serving as an IT/technical advisor during negotiations in Estonia and Latvia.

Jo Sverre Lindem attended BI Norwegian Business School, where they obtained a degree in Siv.Øk / Handelsøkonom from 1986 to 1999. Jo Sverre also pursued a Master of Management degree in Strategy from 2008 to 2010, which is currently ongoing.
