Richard Dalton

Richard Dalton has a diverse work experience in software development and solution development. Richard is currently working as a Lead Developer at Puzzel, focusing on solving customer interactions. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Solution Development Director at U-WFM, where they offered cloud-based Workforce Management solutions to contact centers. Richard also gained experience as a Software Developer at companies like Belron International, IP Integration, Royal London, HRG, MoneyVista, Volume Ltd, Exony, and Canon Europe Ltd. Richard has a strong background in ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, and other related technologies.

Richard Dalton attended the University of Portsmouth from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a BSc degree in Database Technologies / Internet Application Development.
