Lisa Kleinsorge

Lisa Kleinsorge has a wealth of experience in the business world. Lisa began their career in 2004 as the Chief of Staff to the Board at Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland. In 2008, they moved into a Senior Manager role for Portal & Licensing for Clipfish. In 2010, they took on an MBA intern role for Business Development at Universal Music Group. In 2011, they became an Investment Manager for Digital Media & eCommerce at Axel Springer SE. From 2012 to 2018, they held various roles at Spotify, including Director of Strategic Partnerships and Managing Director for Germany. In 2018, they moved to Headspace Inc. as VP of International. In 2019, they joined First Round Capital as an Angel Track Member and Mentor and Twitter as Director of Global Business Development and Product Partnerships. Most recently, they have been VP of Partnerships at Puzzle since 2021.

Lisa Kleinsorge has an MBA from Columbia Business School in General Management, and a BA (Hons.) from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in International Business Management.
