Giora Ketter

Giora Ketter is the CEO and founder of Puzzle Insights. Giora has over fifteen years of experience in competitive intelligence and business analysis.

Ketter began their career as an assistant manager of networks engineering at Bezeq, Israel's leading telecommunications company. Giora quickly rose through the ranks and became the competitive and business intelligence manager. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing the competitive environment and providing strategic and tactical recommendations to the company.

In 2009, Ketter left Bezeq to join Delta Galil, a global manufacturer of apparel and textile products. Giora served as the corporate competitive intelligence and internal portal manager. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring the competitive environment and implementing the company's competitive intelligence process.

In 2010, Ketter joined Plasan Sasa Ltd., a leading manufacturer of armored vehicles. Giora served as the corporate competitive intelligence manager. In this role, they were responsible for the competitive intelligence process, monitoring the business environment, and managing and operating the internal organization portal.

In 2018, Ketter left Plasan Sasa Ltd. to start their own company, Puzzle Insights. Puzzle Insights is a competitive intelligence consultancy that provides insights and strategies to help companies win in today's ever-changing marketplace.

Giora Ketter has a MBA from the University of Haifa, a graduate degree in systems analysis from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from the University of Haifa. Giora also has a certification from LinkedIn in Learning Airtable.
