Mindaugas Cesnavicius has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2016, they worked as an intern at Litgrid AB, where they gained knowledge about electricity transmission grid operation and system challenges. In 2018, Mindaugas participated in a work exchange program at Locatify, where they learned about small company management, marketing, and customer support. At Littelfuse, Mindaugas held multiple positions, including a Field Application Engineer, Market Research Analyst, and Engineering Academy Participant. Mindaugas handled responsibilities such as supporting business development, conducting market research for M&A, and learning about Littelfuse's business activity. Currently, Mindaugas is working at PVcase as a Market & Insights Analyst.
Mindaugas Cesnavicius has a diverse education history. Mindaugas began by earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology in 2016. During their undergraduate studies, Mindaugas also participated in an exchange semester at Yonsei University, where they continued their focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Following their Bachelor's degree, Mindaugas pursued two Master's degrees. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Kaunas University of Technology once again, this time earning a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Simultaneously, they pursued another Master's degree in China Studies from Zhejiang University, further expanding their academic horizons.
Continuing their academic journey, Mindaugas engaged in an exchange semester in 2019 at the Higher School of Economics, where they delved into the fields of Econometrics and Quantitative Economics.
Building upon their already impressive educational background, Mindaugas is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics at the Lithuanian Energy Institute. This program began in 2018 and is expected to conclude in 2022.
Additionally, Mindaugas holds a certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, which they obtained from Littelfuse in October 2018.
Throughout their education, Mindaugas has displayed a commitment to interdisciplinary studies, combining engineering, economics, and international relations.
