Neringa Vaivadienė

Neringa Vaivadienė has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administration. Neringa currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at PVcase, where they have been working since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at the same company starting from January 2021.

Before joining PVcase, Neringa worked as a Recruiter at Hireview from February 2020 to January 2021. Here, they contributed to employer branding, recruitment, and executive search services, focusing on providing excellent solutions and results for global organizations.

Furthermore, Neringa served as an HR Specialist at SpectroCoin from June 2019 to January 2020, where they handled various HR responsibilities. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Specialist and Office Administrator at Present Connection, starting from March 2018.

Neringa'searlier experience includes a role as a School Psychology Intern at Kaunas Jonas Basanavičius gymnasium in February and March 2017. Neringa also gained experience as a Personal Manager Intern at AB "Aksa" from October 2014 to January 2015.

Neringa Vaivadienė completed their education at Vytautas Magnus University. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university from 2017 to 2019, obtaining a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology.
