Toma Dile

Toma Dile's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at Skambuciu centras, Inc., specializing in telemarketing and customer support. Toma then transitioned to a position as Lead of Sales, Operations, and HR at Personalo atrankos ir valdymo įmonių grupė, where they focused on recruitment and temporary staffing solutions. In 2016, they joined UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ as an HR Project Manager, responsible for managing performance evaluation systems, compensation and benefits, and HR IT solutions. Following this, they worked at Heficed as the Head of Human Resources, playing a critical role in the company's growth from 20 to 50 employees and transitioning from B2C to B2B services. Prior to their current role, Toma served as a Business Consultant at Confidential, concentrating on helping IT and engineering companies manage their intangible assets. Toma is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at PVcase.

Toma Dile has a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Lithuanian philology, which was completed at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2009 to 2013. Following this, Toma pursued further education at Kaunas University of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Management Studies with a specialization in Knowledge and Innovation Management from 2014 to 2016.
