Daniel Sherwood

Daniel Sherwood has over 20 years of experience in the solar industry. Daniel began their career in 1999 as an Electrical Engineer at Mechron Power Systems. In 2002, they worked as an Electrical Engineer for PowerLight Corporation and PowerLight/SunPower. Daniel then worked as a Technology Transfer Officer for the University of Ottawa in 2005. In 2006, they worked as an Electrical Engineer for SunPower Corporation. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Founder of 3Prong Power Inc. Daniel then worked as a Product Manager for Electrical Products at SunLink from 2011 to 2014. Since 2015, they have been President and Co-Founder of PVComplete, a solar design software platform that automates complicated solar project design, allowing for increased efficiency and design optimization.

Daniel Sherwood attended the University of Waterloo from 1994 to 1999. Daniel also attended De La Salle and Notre Dame du St-Rosaire, though the years of attendance are not specified.
