Matthew Bulifant

Matthew Bulifant is currently a Survey Technician II at PVE, LLC. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Survey Technician at Harshman CE Group, LLC and PVE, LLC. In addition, Matthew has experience in title abstracting and lease checking from their time at DPS Land Services and Dudley Land Company. Matthew also has experience as a Shift Lead at Planet Fitness Taymax Group and as a Quality Control Inspector at Waterways of Southwest PA, VA, and WV. Matthew graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Energy Business and Finance, Land Management.
