Barbara Field

Barbara Field is the Director of HR Business Partners at PVH. Barbara has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on consulting and administration.

Field began their career in 1998 as an HR coordinator and consult at Carrieres & Professions. Barbara then worked as an HR admin at Invensys before becoming an HR counsellor at Kaycan.

In 2007, Field started their own HR consulting firm, Majola inc. Barbara worked with clients in a variety of industries, helping them to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

Field joined Warnaco in 2011 as an HR generalist. In this role, they were responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Field has a bachelor's degree in human resources from McGill University. Barbara is certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) of Ontario.

Ms. Field has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Human Resources & Business and a Certificate from McGill University in Human Resources. Barbara also has certification from LinkedIn in Creating a Culture of Collaboration, PVH Corp. in Fearless Feedback - Level 1, and PVH Corp. in Leadership Re-imagined.
