Aline Dijkstra-Sweers

Aline Dijkstra-Sweers is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Tax & Legal NL and Head of Recruitment at PwC Nederland since October 2010. With a background in advising Tax Directors and Partners, Aline has focused on developing talent and supporting career growth at PwC. Previous roles include HR Manager, HR Advisor, and HR Coordinator, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various HR processes. Prior to PwC, Aline worked as an HR Project Manager at Philips Consumer Lifestyle and as a researcher on the socio-economic impacts of soy cultivation in Argentina. Aline holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen and has completed a program at London Business School.
