Christian Svendborg Østergaard has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Christian Svendborg then worked as a Student P&O at Masterfoods in 2004 and as a Praktikant at Ferring Pharmaceuticals in the same year. Christian joined PwC Denmark in 2005 and held multiple roles including Human Capital Consultant, Senior Human Capital Consultant, Human Capital Manager, Senior Human Capital Manager, Director, and currently serves as a Partner and Head of Human Capital since January 2019. Christian Svendborg has undertaken various responsibilities such as HR business advisor, project leader, team improvement, Nordic cooperation, employer branding initiatives, and implementing People Performance Management systems.

Merc. in Human Resource Management.
