Katerina Oglotkina

Katerina Oglotkina is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in M&A integration, operational due diligence, and restructuring services. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at PwC Danmark since May 2022, Oglotkina specializes in divestitures and carve-outs. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager at EY-Parthenon, where transaction strategy and execution were the focus, alongside managing complex business separations.
