Nicolae Niculescu

Nicolae Niculescu has extensive experience in IT administration and support, currently serving as a Senior CEE Applications Administrator at PwC Romania since October 2009. In this role, Nicolae manages the eDMS, ensuring its availability and functionality, while performing routine maintenance and capacity planning. As a CEE Data Center Administrator, responsibilities included deploying and configuring the Nagios XI monitoring server and creating a monitoring infrastructure for over 1300 devices. Additional duties involved backup and restore system management using HP DataProtector and earlier experience as a ServiceDesk Specialist involved troubleshooting hardware/software issues and providing support. Prior work as an Account Associate at Xerox from September 2006 to September 2009 contributed to a solid foundation in customer support and account management.
