Germain Miny

Germain MINY possesses extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles within the sports and leisure sectors. Currently serving as Responsable de production PFO at PX GROUP since April 2021, Germain has also held roles including Chef d'équipe "Redressage - Petits fils Or" and Opérateur de production. Additionally, involvement with Swim'Val as Associé gérant has been ongoing since November 2016. Past positions include Manager général de club and Entraineur at PROFESSION SPORT 25 from July 2009 to April 2021, and Directeur adjoint at Woka Loisirs for a brief period in late 2020. Germain began a career in aquatic services as a Maître-nageur sauveteur at Complexe Aquatique Cristallys from July 2009 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sports Coaching from UFR STAPS BESANCON, as well as BPJEPS and DEJEPS certifications in aquatic activities and handball coaching, respectively. Germain faced professional development challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
