Martin Hartland Ceng Cmareng

Martin Hartland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Martin is currently working at PXGEO, starting in 2021, where they have held various roles including Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and VP OBN Operations & Engineering. Prior to this, they worked at Seabed Geosolutions from 2014 to 2021, serving as the CIO - Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President - Project Engineering & Technical. Before that, they worked at Fugro from 2011 to 2014, where they held the positions of Divisional Strategy Manager and Director of Project Management. Martin also worked at Fugro Geoteam AS from 1996 to 2011 as a Conversion and New building Director and Project Manager / Field Engineer. Their experience includes strategic management, project management, and system design approval.

Martin Hartland has a Master of Science in Marine Engineering from the University of Plymouth. Martin also holds a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in 2018. Additionally, they have an Executive Masters in Business Administration from ESCP Business School, completed between 2007 and 2009. Martin Hartland has obtained several certifications, including Chartered Engineer from the UK Engineering Council and Chartered Marine Engineer from the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST), both obtained in 2020. Martin also holds a certification in MIT xPRO Automation and Robotics from Emeritus, obtained in 2021.
