Melissa Adamson

Melissa Adamson is the Director of People and Culture at Project X. Melissa has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies.

Adamson started their career as a Senior HR Consultant at Adamson HR Consulting, where they spent two years providing HR advice and guidance to clients. Melissa then joined Hydrostor as Senior Manager of People and Office Operations, where they oversaw HR initiatives and office operations.

In September 2020, Adamson joined Edenshaw Developments Limited as Director of Human Resources and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, coaching, health and safety, employee relations, and retention.

Adamson is a certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto.
