Hari Rajan

Hari Rajan has over 17 years of experience in the payments and disputes management sector. Since November 2018, Hari has been the Manager of Disputes & CB at PXP Financial, and prior to that, served in similar managerial roles at Kalixa Payments Group and as Team Lead at Ivy Comptech, where responsibilities included chargeback management, provider settlement, and reconciliation. Throughout the career, Hari has led multiple teams, implemented process improvements, managed project developments, and prepared detailed reporting on chargebacks and fraud while collaborating with various departments including product, accounting, and finance. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from S.D. College, University of Kerala.
