Stacey Nordwall

Stacey Nordwall serves as the VP of People Strategy at Pyn, where responsibilities include designing an inclusive employee experience and collaborating with DEIB consultants on equitable processes. With a rich background in HR and operations, Stacey has led initiatives in various roles, such as Head of Employee Experience at Airvet and Head of People Programs at Culture Amp, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement. As an active speaker and advisor, Stacey has participated in numerous panels and councils, sharing expertise on effective feedback, employee happiness, and inclusive communication. Stacey holds a BA in Communication and Psychology from Stanford University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California.
