Matthew Lauahi has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2002 with a role as a Coach at Harley's Simi Bowl. Matthew then moved to Ralphs Grocery Company in 2004, working as a GM. In 2005, they became a Student Specialist at Moorpark College. From 2006-2013, they worked at Easy Law Construction Notices as an Assistant Manager. Matthew then moved to J.D. Power in 2013, working as a Consumer Insights Analyst. From 2016-2021, they worked at Nuance Communications in various roles, such as Senior Manager Analytics, Manager, Analytics and Optimization, Manager, AI Analytics, Artificial Intelligence Solutions Analyst, and Voice of The Customer Analyst. Most recently, they have been working at Pypestream as the Director of Customer Success and Senior Manager of Customer Success.
Matthew Lauahi attended Moorpark College from 2005 to 2007, earning an Associate's Degree in General Education and Philosophy. Matthew then went on to California State University Channel Islands, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication in 2009.
