Ken Haymond is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology - Transitions at Pyramid Global Hospitality since November 2024, Ken has held various leadership positions including Project Manager for Full Building Technology at Allbridge and Director of Information Technology at FTR Hospitality. Previously, Ken worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Global Operations Specialist, contributing to the transition of properties from Two Roads Hospitality, where Ken also managed IT applications. Prior roles include Product Manager for Restaurant IT Systems at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and IT Manager across multiple properties, where significant improvements in internet and network systems were achieved. Ken’s entrepreneurial experience includes owning and operating The West Side Grind and managing operations at Gap Inc. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Weber State University and has additional educational background from Florida State University.
