Molly Preston

Molly Preston has an extensive work experience in the hospitality and procurement industry. Molly started their career in 2005 as a Director of Dining Operations at American Campus Communities. Molly then moved on to work at Food Insights as a Senior Consultant from 2007 to 2012. In 2008, they joined Source1 Purchasing and held the positions of Senior Director, Operations and later Vice President until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, Molly worked as the Director of Procurement at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Procurement at Pyramid Global Hospitality, and they were promoted to Vice President in January 2024.

Molly Preston holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Charlene Li on Digital Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2016 and "Certified Training Professional" from Texas A&M University in 2011.
