Rob Foley

Rob Foley has a work experience that spans several years in various roles related to people systems and operations, as well as talent development and human resources. Rob started their career at Pyramid Hotel Group in 2009 as a Human Resources Analyst, then progressed to become a Talent Development Analyst and later a Director of Talent Systems & Development. In 2015, they joined Primark Stores Limited as the Head of Learning & Development for the US market. Currently, Rob is Vice President of People Systems & Operations at Pyramid Global Hospitality, where they previously served as the Director of People & Culture.

Rob Foley holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from UMass Boston. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in September 2018.
