Nash Foster

Nash Foster has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Nash is currently the Cofounder & CEO of Pyrofex Corporation since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as a Consulting Member Of Technical Staff from 2014 to 2016, where they played a key role in launching the Oracle Cloud Platform as a Service line. Before Oracle, Nash was the Director of SRE at Avalara from 2013 to 2014, where they helped manage and improve the reliability of the core Tax API product. Nash also worked at Google as a Tech Lead / Sr. Site Reliability Engineer from 2007 to 2012, where they received multiple awards for their contributions. Nash has also held positions at Marriott International, Cybertrust Corporation, Counterpane Internet Security, Systems Solutions Technologies, LLC, Crossroads Consulting Group, LLC, and Sun Data, Inc. In their various roles, they have demonstrated expertise in software engineering, security, and reliability.

Nash Foster attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Mathematics. In 2004 to 2006, Foster pursued further education in Mathematics at George Mason University. No specific degree was mentioned for either educational experience.
