Ron Klima

Ron Klima has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2022, they began working at Pyros Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Director of Technical Services. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at American Regent, Inc. as the Senior Director of Quality Affairs, where they oversaw cGMP compliance initiatives and managed Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Sterility Assurance resources. Ron also acted as Site Head of Quality and partnered with the Manufacturing Department to ensure all standards, regulations and guidelines were followed in the manufacture of company products. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Quality Control, where they directed activities in QC Chemistry, Stability, Microbiology, Environmental Monitoring, Material Quality Management, QC Particulate and Method Validation R&D/Technology Transfer Laboratories. From 1997 to 2017, they worked at Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, where they held various roles such as Associate Director of QC Chemistry and Characterization, Manager of Method Validation R&D and Technology Transfers, Manager of R&D, and Supervisor of QC, R&D and Method Validation.

Ron Klima received their M.S. in Toxicology from St. John's University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Ron also attended St. John's University prior to receiving their degree.
