Michael Small

Michael Small serves as the VP of Engineering at Pythonic AI since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in software engineering and data processing. Previously, Michael worked at American Family Insurance as a Data Science Engineering Manager, where coordination of software engineering efforts and promotion of best practices supported data scientists in large-scale projects. Earlier roles include Principal Engineer at Qualys, leading the design and implementation of the Real-time Network Sensors Cloud, and Senior Software Architect at Networked Insights, where development of a data storage and analytics system was achieved. Additional experience includes roles at TDS Telecom and Total Administrative Services Corporation, focusing on web and network applications.
