Jitu Wadhane

Jitu Wadhane has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Jitu is currently serving as the SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Pyxis Oncology, where they are responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions. Jitu'srole includes leading SEC reporting, controllership function, technical accounting, ERP implementation, risk management, tax, treasury operations, insurance, and equity administration.

Prior to joining Pyxis Oncology, Jitu worked at Immunovant as the Vice President - Head of Technical Accounting, SEC, Tax, and Treasury. In this role, they managed all aspects of SEC reporting, technical accounting, treasury, and tax. Jitu collaborated with cross-functional teams on initiatives such as SOX compliance and tax strategies.

Jitu also gained valuable experience at EY, where they served as a Senior Manager in the Americas FAAS practice. In this role, they advised clients on complex accounting matters, including accounting change, IFRS conversions, and transaction accounting. Jitu specialized in technical accounting and financial reporting, particularly in SEC matters, business combination accounting, share-based payments, consolidations, and revenue recognition.

Before joining EY, Jitu held positions as an Associate Director at Grant Thornton LLP, a Manager at Standard & Poor's, a Senior Executive at Ernst & Young, and an Assistant Manager at Deloitte.
