Alison Pattishall

Alison Pattishall, CPA, currently serves as Tax Manager at Pyxus International, Inc., having assumed this role in June 2023. Previously, Alison held the Tax Manager position at Elliott Davis from May 2021 to June 2023, and served as a Senior Tax Associate in the same firm and at Blue River Partners, LLC, and PwC. Experience includes extensive review and preparation of federal and state tax returns for various entities, development of tax provisions, and client interaction to address federal and state notices. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to a career in accounting, Alison gained experience as a 2nd grade teacher in various school systems, implementing technology in education and mentoring new teachers.
