Heather Conkle

Heather Conkle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, training, and talent management. Currently serving as the Strategy & Proposals Manager at PZI International Group since September 2022, Heather has also held roles such as Facilitator, Trainer, and Sr. Talent Management Coordinator. Prior experience includes account management and estimating at Grounds Control of Huntsville, Inc., and internships at SiteOne Landscape Supply. Heather's military-related roles include serving as Brigade Senior Advisor for the 207 Military Intelligence Brigade, where responsibilities involved organizing resilience activities and family readiness initiatives. Heather also acted as a Senior volunteer liaison for the American Red Cross and facilitated leadership courses for military spouses. In academia, Heather taught English at Liberty Christian Academy and holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism from Troy University.
