Bartosz Andryszak

Bartosz Andryszak is a highly experienced performance analyst and football coach, currently serving as the First Team Performance Analyst for West Ham United FC since February 2023. In addition to this role, Bartosz has been involved as a freelancer since January 2021, and owns a business called Ćpaj Książki since March 2020. Bartosz has also been a scout for the Polish Football Association since 2014 and worked as a Performance Analyst and Scout at QPR FC from December 2012 to January 2023. Earlier coaching experience includes being the Head Football Coach for two age groups at KKS Lech Poznań, with a focus on player development. Bartosz holds two master's degrees in Football Coaching from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Eugeniusza Piaseckiego w Poznaniu and Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
