Atishi Bali

Atishi Bali has extensive experience in the field of AI Data Services, with their most recent role being the Director of Program Management and Delivery at Qualitest. In this position, they lead a team of over 40 employees and is responsible for driving strategic business growth, client engagement, P&L reporting and forecasting, resource and budget management, process improvement, mentoring staff, and hiring management. Prior to their current role, Atishi worked as a Senior Project Manager at Pactera EDGE, where they managed large-scale projects in AI Data Services and played a key role in client management, budgeting, forecasting, strategic business growth, staff performance monitoring, and hiring management. Atishi also served as a Project Manager at Appen, where they built and managed multiple large teams providing annotated training data for AI/ML models, and as a Process Engineer at The Lisbon Group, LLC, where they supported engineering design and managed various aspects of natural gas refining projects. Atishi has a strong academic background, having worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Michigan State University, specializing in the design, engineering, and synthesis of biobased polymeric materials. Atishi also gained experience as a Supplemental Research Engineer at Ford Motor Company, focusing on the formulation and testing of biobased Polyurethane foams.

Atishi Bali holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Atishi further pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, completing it in 2014. In 2017, Atishi enrolled in the University of Washington and earned a Certificate in Business Analysis. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in Business Analytics, including Power BI Pro Essential Training from Lynda.com in 2018, and multiple certifications from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, such as Business Analytics Specialization, Accounting Analytics, People Analytics, Customer Analytics, and Operations Analytics.
