Thuy Mach has extensive work experience in various roles. Thuy worked at Q Analysts LLC from 2003 to present, holding positions such as VP of Strategic Initiatives & Training, where they led key strategic initiatives and oversaw corporate training, and VP of Professional Services. Prior to that, they worked at Aquent/Renaissance Worldwide as a Recruiting Manager from 1998 to 2003.

Thuy Mach has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University. Additionally, Thuy has obtained certifications in "Coaching and Teambuilding Skills for Managers and Supervisors" from SkillPath Seminars and in "Leadership Training for Managers" from Dale Carnegie Training.
