Tom Griner

Tom Griner is a seasoned software quality assurance engineer currently contracted for QA work on a Google project at Q Analysts since June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a test and support specialist for Verizon's BlueJeans Network videoconferencing service from July 2013 to June 2024, where Tom configured test labs, created test plans, and conducted tests. Tom ascended through the QA department at Avistar Communications from July 2003 to June 2013, ultimately becoming the department manager. Earlier roles include systems engineer at Metavante from 1992 to 2002, where installations and support for technology solutions were provided to global financial institutions, and systems administrator at Olivetti from 1988 to 1991, which involved building networks and supporting a software R&D lab. Tom began a career as a systems programmer at INTELLIGENETICS, LLC from 1986 to 1988.
