Joe Deguglimo

Joe Deguglimo is an experienced industrial designer with a strong background in product design and development. Currently serving as the Lead Industrial Designer at QEP Co., Inc. since October 2020, Joe specializes in creating innovative flooring tools and collaborates closely with product managers and international partners to ensure design integrity. Previously, Joe worked as an Industrial Design Contractor at Progressive Products USA, LLC and held various roles at Iron Bridge Tools, where responsibilities included managing the product design group and leading the development of hand tools. Joe's experience also includes positions at Levenger and Advanced Science & Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The Art Institutes.
