Juan Hidalgo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Juan started their career as a Business Analyst intern at Goldman Sachs in 2008 and later joined the company as a Global Business Operations Analyst. In this role, they managed client relationships, analyzed third-party markets, and advised on exchange regulations and tax implications.
Juan then worked as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Blackboard, delivering a market needs assessment for their Transact product platform. Juan conducted competitive analysis, designed strategic sales recommendations, and identified target customer profiles.
Afterwards, Juan served as an MBA Consultant at The Coca-Cola Company and as a Business Development Executive at AIR Worldwide. At AIR Worldwide, they expanded the client portfolio for their Catastrophe Risk Engineering platform, led cross-functional teams for consulting projects, and designed a market expansion strategy for the CRE practice.
Juan also worked as an Independent Consultant, partnering with senior leadership at Lubrisabana to develop company goals, evaluate projections, and improve sales productivity. Juan later became a Business Management Consultant, providing strategic guidance to various organizations.
In 2017, Juan joined HP as a Business Planning Manager, where they managed projects focused on investment strategy, financial modeling, and ROI analytical tools. Juan also served as a Young Employee Network (YEN) Board Member, responsible for building executive speaker series and career development seminars.
Juan then transitioned to the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions as a Strategy & Program Management Consultant and later as a Strategic Programs and Member Relationship Manager. In these roles, they designed and delivered healthcare enablement programs, drove membership-focused activities, managed projects to increase visibility for partners, and designed marketing materials for national events.
Currently, Juan is working at Clutch as a Principal Account Manager and ROI Optimization specialist.
Juan Hidalgo's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business from Fairfield University, which they attained between 2005 and 2009. Juan then pursued Chinese Business Studies at the University of International Business and Economics from 2008 to 2009. Later on, Juan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, with their studies taking place from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, they also engaged in Continuing Studies at Stanford University, focusing on Strategic Management and Project Management.
