Hans Konsens

Hans Konsens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the natural solutions sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Plantae Labs since April 2019. Under Hans Konsens’ leadership, Plantae Labs focuses on developing innovative Quillaja Extracts aimed at reducing antibiotic use in feed and minimizing synthetic pesticide reliance in agriculture. Additionally, Hans Konsens holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Q-VANT BIOSCIENCE since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Hans Konsens co-founded and managed Chile Botanics S.A., a company specializing in standardized vegetable extracts, which was acquired by Naturex in April 2019. Hans Konsens holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Bioprocess Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
