Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Q2 since May 2022, Brad also founded and leads Questfinder Recruiting, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for technical roles. Previously, as Director of Talent Acquisition at Stars Behavioral Health Group, leadership included overseeing a team and crafting a new talent model. Brad's telecom experience encompasses roles at Comcast, where responsibilities spanned multiple regional talent operations, and U.S. Bank, where recruitment operations were managed for a significant financial services organization.
