Jerry Arnold

Jerry Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and project oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Manager and Product Owner at Q2 since December 2016, Jerry Arnold is responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, including various aspects such as scope review, requirements gathering, and project planning. Prior to this role, Jerry Arnold held positions as Project Manager and Software Engineer at Jack Henry & Associates from November 2006 to December 2016, and contributed as a Software Engineer at Bass Pro Shops in 2005-2006. Additionally, Jerry Arnold served as Vice President of Membership for the PMI Southwest Missouri Chapter during 2014-2015. Jerry Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Evangel University between 2010 and 2012.
