Radhika J Madas

Radhika J Madas serves as the Global Vice President of People at Q2 since October 2018, where leadership focuses on integrating HR with business for rapid growth in a cloud-based digital banking solutions environment. Previously, Radhika engaged in a social sabbatical at AADHVAITH, supporting women and young entrepreneurs through innovation and incubation from October 2016 to September 2018. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer for SAP Ariba's India Development Centre, Founder and CEO of Adhvait Consulting, Associate Director of HR & Strategy at D. E. Shaw Group, and Senior Executive in HR at Intergraph PP&M. Radhika holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Osmania University and a Master's in Management from IMM, Delhi, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration, and Sociology from Osmania University.
