Kellie Kaplon

Kellie Kaplon is currently working as a Human Resources Manager for Q5id since 2022. Previously, they were the Director of Human Resources for the National Psoriasis Foundation from 2002 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for directing the organization's Human Resources Department, including overseeing and managing recruitment and talent acquisition, staff training and development, employee relations, performance appraisals, salary & benefits management, budgeting, legal compliance, and risk management. Kellie recently accomplished transitioning and implementing outdated HR systems into integrated HRIS/streamline systems to improve HR processes in 2018.
