Tom Roberts

Vice President - Global Customer Success Management at QAD

Tom Roberts has extensive work experience in the IT industry, particularly in the automotive sector. Tom has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2018 to present, they have been serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Success Management at QAD. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they were the Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Before that, Tom worked at Johnson Controls Automotive Interiors from 2006 to 2015 in roles such as Vice President of Information Technology and Director of IT in various divisions. Tom also has experience as an Independent SAP Consultant and worked at Accenture and EDS as a Consultant and Information Associate, respectively. Tom's expertise lies in strategic guidance, manufacturing IT investments, and procurement process and system integration.

Tom Roberts holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theology from Southern Adventist University. In 2012-2013, they obtained a Strategic Leadership Series certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tom does not currently have any degrees or certifications from Eastern Michigan University or Macomb Community College. Tom is certified as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by the International Institute of Business Analysis and holds an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from CSME.
