Abdoulaye Toure

Abdoulaye TOURE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Director of Finance Bankability for New RE Technologies and Africa at Groupe Qair since May 2018, where responsibilities include structuring and financing complex new technology and renewable projects such as Floating Wind and Green Hydrogen. Prior to this role, Abdoulaye TOURE held positions at Scatec Solar as a Senior International Project Manager and at Total New Energies as a Project Developer, focusing on solar PV market analysis and project development in Africa. Abdoulaye TOURE began a career with a research internship at Total E&P, where a technical study on deepwater risers was conducted, and also contributed to the operation of thermal power plants at EDF. Abdoulaye TOURE holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Science & Technology and an engineering degree from École Polytechnique.
