Chareen Raja

Chareen Raja is a highly experienced professional in organisational development, capability building, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Capability, Culture & Inclusion and Head of Organisational Development at Minderoo Foundation since April 2023. Prior to this role, Chareen held multiple positions at P&N Bank from August 2018 to April 2023, including Senior Manager of Organisational Development, Learning, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), as well as Manager and Specialist roles in the same domain. Chareen's earlier experience includes working as a Product Channel Manager and Organisational Development Consultant at RAC WA from August 2014 to August 2018. Chareen holds a Master of Applied Psychology in Organisational Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, both from Murdoch University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Western Australia.
