Sarah Burnham

Sarah Burnham has extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as Senior Director of Tax at RTX since December 2019, focusing on corporate international tax matters for Pratt and Raytheon. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Tax at RTX and Associate Director of Tax at United Technologies. Sarah's earlier roles include serving as Americas Director of Tax Controversy and Assistant Tax Counsel at Diageo and Senior Tax Manager. Sarah began their career at Covington & Burling, gaining experience as an Associate and Summer Associate. Sarah holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA in Government and Geography from Dartmouth College.
